Homemade organic butter

Delicious homemade organic butter

In the olden days, they had to make butter by hand. On November, Monday the 14th , Room 10, from Park Estate School made their own homemade butter ,so they could taste the difference from homemade butter compared to bought butter. It was interesting to watch the process. I did not know that you could make butter with cream  and you could wash butter with ordinary cold water.

How to make butterπŸ“™πŸ”–πŸžπŸž

1. Get your electric mixer.
2. Put your electric mixer on medium.
3. Pour 250 ml in the bowl.
4. Whip the cream until it looks like a fluffy mixture. Continue mixing it until it looks thick enough to look like cottage cheese.
5. While you are mixing you can see little bit of  buttermilk,  so then you have to throw that away.
6. Put your butter in the frige for about 10-20 minutes then after that you are ready to wash it.
7. You have to wash the butter with cold ordinary water.  It takes about -3 washes so you know when to stop when the water is clear.
8. Add some salt just so it can taste like butter because you don't want your butter tasting like cream.
9. Enjoy your butter on home made bread.❤❤❤πŸŽ„πŸŽ„πŸŽ„
