WALT: Use Rhyme, Rhythm, Repetition, Alliteration
We had to read a speech and highlight it and then learn what it meant. Then we made a poster about it and then we had to make a Screencastify about it and that's the steps we took
it was hard to highlight the right thing, because we were going crazy about the highlighters
but it was easy to make the poster. I hope you enjoy reading and watching me and my friend explain what it meant

Swimming
In room 10 and 11 we have been doing swimming and learn new skills each Friday. Swimming is helpful and important for you because once you learn to swim and the steps are very important to remember
and saving people but also overcoming your fear of heights and you have to jump in to the deep end.
Swimming can be dangerous because if you dont know how to swim and you go to the beach with no adult supervision or someone watching you, you could drown and no one could be watching so you could just float out to the sea and no one can get help or save you or if you are lucky then a helicopter could be flying on top of you and they could spot you. Another thing if you are with people you huddle up and sing because then if you are in a shark area you scare them away or you will call a dolphin so that will also scare the sharks away.

IAL My art
My Art is about me, and what I look at everyday or what I see all the time. For an example the trees on my art is what I look at like the forest, when I go home. Also
There is a YouTube sign on my art because I LOVE to watch videos, and on you tube they always say “Follow your dreams” and that’s what makes me. Wish that I could be one of the top of you tubers. But have the most subscribers that's just my dream and sometimes I make you tube videos or just videos yeah i'm kinda vain, also what I really like doing is gymnastics like cartwheels, splits , or a back bend I love that but The thing I really love is sunsets there so beautiful when they change colors and mix But they also mix with the sky colors. Also I want to talk about is my Maori culture, I have koros on my art and It actually represents the Maori side of me. Each year we have a celebration of matariki and it is basically about these seven sisters or the seven stars. People say that they appear in may and then disappear then they reappear in June so that means it is nearly time for Matariki. That is what my art is about.
